Nelson Xu is a partner in the law firm of Baumann, Xu & Black LLC. He has worked in immigration law since in 2005 and is specialized in both business and family immigration practice. Mr. Xu represents a wide variety of clients including both individual clients and multinational companies. He practices in Guam and in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Island (CNMI).
Mr. Xu has over 20 years of legal experience. He is admitted to the bars in Guam, the CNMI, and New York. Born in Shanghai, China, Mr. Xu is bilingual in English and Chinese languages. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2005.
Mr. Xu is a frequent contributor to the Marianas Business Journal on immigration issues.
